Welcome to SFI Group terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order. Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please contact our Customer Service team.

Data Integrity

You represent that all of the information, data and other materials you provide to SFI Groupare true, accurate, current, and complete. You must register with our website to be able to make purchases from our online store. Once you submit an order, you cannot cancel it. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, at our discretion.


All prices are in IDR. Prices are excluding delivery charges and customs duty and other taxes, if applicable. All prices are subject to change without notice.


We ship globally. Every shipping cost is determined by destination, weight and shipping method. To give comfort, convenience, and assurance of the receipt of the product that your order, we will deliver such product via a courier delivery service that has a good business relationship with us. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering.

Returns and Exchange

If you receive any goods in a damaged condition, we may issue you a credit in the amount paid for the goods or send replacement goods at our discretion if you notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. We may ask you to provide proof of the damage, as a condition of refund or replacement.

Warranty Period

All of SFI Group products are guaranteed for 12 months. Warranty is valid for factory default problems, battery not working.

Warranty is valid for factory default problems, battery not working. Warranty is void under : personal faulty, fall down or broken, water spoiled, fire/burn and other misused damages.


All of SFI Group products are already tax included.


We reserve the right to cancel the contract if the product is unavailable and/or there is any prejudice on your transaction. We will give notice to you when it happens and refund all payments that you have made if any.


All orders for the products are subject to availability. We are truly sorry if any products you wish to purchase are not in stock. We will not change any fees or your credit card for any unavailable products. If you have made payment by bank transfer to our bank account, we will offer to you a refund in the form of voucher(s) or cash worth the price of each unavailable product as provided in the terms.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any violations, interruptions or delays associated with things which are out of our control, including but not limited to disasters, floods, earthquake, lightning strikes, frozen rain / hailstones, bad weather and other due/catastrophe of the surrounding nature, epidemics, explosions, fires, wars, riots, strikes, piracy, mutiny, riot, civil commotion, anarchy or sabotage, demonstrations, terrorism, national emergencies, damage from third party software. If you or we cancel the contract by written notice when the Force Majeure event occurred during two business days or more, you or we will not have any responsibilities if the reason for cancellation of the contract is due to Force Majeure, unless the refund of payment for products has been made to you however we have not received the products you must return.

After you order, transfer, and confirm your payment, we will process order in the next day/in 24 hours. We only ship your order during Monday – Saturday, from 09.00 a.m. until 05.00 p.m. For Sunday and public holiday, we didn't process shipping, but we still receive the order.

How to Access & Control Personal Data

You can view or edit your personal data online for our sevices. You can also make choices about SFI Group and use of your data. How you can access or control your personal data will depend on which services you use.

Under our Return Policy, you can arrange to return the order to us within few days after you receive the order and such return will be under your cost. Please submit your ticket in our return page after you receive the order. We will send our acknowledgement receipt of your request and provide you further guidelines on returning the order. Before this, please ensure the order is in the following conditions:

Products must be in the unused/brand new condition that you received them and in the original box and packaging. It is also included original packaging including all accessories and other material(s).

A ticket is submitted within 2 weeks after you receive the order.

Products are returned with attaching a copy of your invoice.

Products must be returned to our provided address within 10 business days after our acknowledgement to your request. There will not have restocking fee if the returned product can meet all of the conditions mentioned above. There will have a restocking fee from your refund if the return does not meet the conditions specified.
